Daiva dasakam
O God, as ever from there keep watch on us here,
Never letting to Your hand!
You are the Greatest Captain of the mighty steamship
On the ocean of change and becoming is Your foot
Counting all here, one by one,
When all things touched are done with,
Then the seeing eye(alone) remains.
So let the inner self in You attain its rest
Food, clothes, and all else we need
You give us unceasingly.
Ever saving us, seeing us well provided.
Such a one, You, are for us our only Chief.
As ocean, wave, wind and depth
Let us within see the scheme
Of us, nescience,
You glory and You.
You are the creation, the Creator,
And the magical variety of created things,
Are You not, O God,
Even the substance of creation too.
You are Maya,
The Agent thereof and its Enjoyer too;
You are that Good one also who removes Maya too
To grant Unitive state!
You are the Existent, the Subsistent and the Supreme
You are the Present and the Past,
And the Future is none else but you.
Even the spoken work, when we consider it, is but You alone.
Your state of glory that fills
Both inside and outside
We for ever praise!
Victory be, O God, to you!
Victory to you! Great and Radiant One!
Ever intent upon saving the needy!
Victory to You, perceptual abode of happiness,
Ocean of Mercy, Victory to You!
In the ocean of your gloryOf great profundity,
Let us all, together, become immersed
To dwell therein everlastingly Happiness!

Daivadasakam 100 years.
Ten Pearls on God
(NARAYANAGURU: - ‘DAIVADASAKAM’)
Translation: Dr.K.G.Balakrishnan
1.
O, God! Protect us;
Never leave us;
You are the Captain
Of the ocean of
Unending strife; The
great steam boat
Your Solemn Feet!
2.
One, more an’ more…
I touch, compute, tally…
At the end,
Like eyes motionless
Let the mind be non-dual in You!
3.
Uninterrupted You shower
Grain, apparel an’ all for us
You are the only Master for us.
4.
The sea, waves an’ wind,
The depth-all those are we,
You, the Delusion, You, the Nobility,
Always is our core.
5.
You, the Creator,
You, the Creation,
You, the Created, O, Lord!
You are The Instrument
For The Great Act!
6.
You are The Jugglery,
You are The Juggler,
You are The Nobility
Which resolves Illusion,
Pours an’ pours-
The Ultimate Salvation!
7.
You are The Truth,
The Knowledge, the Ecstasy.
You, the Present,
The Past, the Future.
And no one else
The Word
8.
The noble feet of Yours
Fill the in an’ the out.
We praise an’ praise You,
O God!
You be The Great Winner,
And always be.
9.
Be victorious The Great Lord!
Saviour of the poor,
Master of the ultimate happiness,
Ocean of Mercy!
10.
In the glory of
The deep deep sea of
The Nobility of yours,
We all would immerse.
Extreme happiness be prevailed,
Be prevailed
Every quantum of moment!

Always, as a captain of the ship,
Called “ Gita” of yours , in the sea,
The universe, which is manifested by you.
Our mind should not divert, from you,
The sight, what we can see, after
If we remove everything from this world,
By counting one by one.
You only God! The one,
Who make us satisfied,
By giving food, cloth etc.
To fulfill all our needs.
How is an ocean, along with wind, wave
And depth, Let me understand,
Like that, You are along with us, illusion
And your greatness.
You only creation, creator,
And creature
You only God!,
The material for creation.
You only illusion, magician
And who is enjoying the illusion
You only the king, who remove
Illusion and give feeling of joy.
You are truth, knowledge and joy,
You only the present, past and future
There is nothing different from you,
If we remember your words.
Our inside and outside are
Filled with the great knowledge,
Which is given by you.
We praise you, God! …Win!

Who cure our all diseases
Win…. .”Chidhaanandha!”
Who is river of mercy!…win!
As we are in the deepest ocean
Of your eternal knowledge, God!
